Spectacular service!
It was located close to the airport, with a free shuttle. It's a beautiful hotel. So it was exactly what we wanted after a 3 week stay in Thailand and Cambodia. Great, exceptional service. Food was spectacular. I would give Siam Mandarina hotel 5 starts if it weren't for the septic problem we had in our room. Staying one night, it didn't make any sense to complain and change rooms, so we just used the toilets downstairs when needed. I'm sure, hoping, that they have fixed the problem. There were a few restaurants nearby we walked to. Thanks you!

Property and room were great. Restaurant was not good. Very slow, did not get our order correct. Our meals came out at different times and only when I asked where the other dish was. If you don’t go to the restaurant then this peppery is excellent but with the high quality you would expect a decent restaurant and service.

Hotel was very good and very convenient for an overnight stay prior to early morning flight out of Bangkok. Shuttle to the hotel from airport only runs on the hour, so it was quicker and cheap to take a taxi to hotel. Scheduled shuttle back to airport the next morning was great. Dinner at hotel was great.

When I checked in they gave me the Expedia discount. then when I checked out they told me that was a mistake and charged me the full amount for the room. Not a good hotel. None of my credit cards worked on their system I ended up having to pay with cash.

I'm coming back to the Siam Mandarina!
Service is excellent and the food is extraordinary. Room needed minor maintenance, but very comfortable. The amenities are more than sufficient, which is why this hotel will be our base of operations for exploring Bangkok.
