Property is ok. I encountered the following average services ie.. -day 1, fnd the hair dryer blower is not working ie no fan speed. I called up lobby cpunter to replace it. -day 2, out of 2 shower towels used, only 1 is replaced on next day. I have to called counter staff to replacr it. Day 3, enountered the shower drain filter somehow is flooded during showering. Inaddition, 1 hotel office lady staff in private clothing is rather rude ir when lift open, she just speak in bluntly EXCUSE ME and press the lift button. She then walk to meet someone at the lobby. Day 4, I early checkout in 1 day advance. Left to stay in another place. Overall lobby counter staffs and breakfast buffet staffs services are awesome and friendly. Good personality in them. For $214 USD was not worth it! Plus was location which was right across the street from Terminal 21 & the roof top bar was really good. Gym was old; breakfast was not a buffet & rooms were small.

Room with a city view. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Has its own entrance from the metro, very convenient. Situated in a central location, with lots of places to eat. Right across Terminal 21, which is a big mall. Great choice!

Always amazing stay with this hotel. Close to BTS, MRT and all the shopping mall. Clean and friendly staffs is another plus point. Have been coming back every yearly. It was nice of the hotel to welcome us back with a thoughtful card, “elephant” and sweets. I will definitely come back again next year.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service
I recently stayed at Solaria Nishitetsu Bangkok and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, providing easy access to all the attractions and amenities in Bangkok. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day. The service was outstanding, but I was particularly impressed by a staff member named Art. Art's hospitality and assistance were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return to Solaria Nishitetsu on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

The Hotel and Location was great
