I stayed here for 12 nights. The property itself was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably needs a complete makeover as its like stepping back into the 90s with the decor. There was also strong underlying damp smell to the place though...particularly in the corridors and in the rooms which we did get used to but yeah...not pleasant. I would have appreciated some more coffee tea and milk sachets in the room if i was being really picky...having Starbucks downstairs was a saving grace. Overall you get what you pay for and The Davis Hotel would go to the next level if they decide to invest and renovate to the modern day.👍

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The rugs in the rooms could be changed but for $45 USD a night it was exactly what we were looking for ! Close enough to busy party areas but far enough to get a good nights rest. Perfect start to our backpacking adventure!

I stayed about 3 weeks, the hotel is dated, yet clean. Staff was hit or miss, the breakfast options were static, eggs, bacon, Ham, no cheese options, or omelet-to-order options. Be aware this has Two (2) separate bldg, one where all the amenities are located the other one is just rooms with a front desk. Water is charged after the free 2 given daily, not sure why. Overall, the stay was ok, when I left I was left to carry my bags out and flag down my own car, front desk was not helpful at all.

Needed to checkin early and staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a nice size, clean and quiet. Centrally located to coffee shops, breweries and restaurants as well. Definitely staying here again next time in Bangkok, Thailand.

Love the traditional Thai style room. The roof top pool are is fantastic! Staff is very good. The young porter, Mr. K could not do enough to help with all local information including booking day tours. Will definitely stay at The Davis again.

The hotel has a bar that is open 8pm to 4 am I was staying on the ninth floor and could feel and hear the extraordinarily loud music until 4am overall the hotel was nice and the staff was kind but I paid good money to sleep at night in my nice hotel instead i was up all night and slept during the day because o was exhausted and the hotel saw fit through a rave party throughout the night
