good: the housekeeping services were above excellent. The very young man who cleaned my room was friendly, efficient and helpful. He could not have been better. On the phone housekeeping were always obliging and quick. room service: very good on the phone took orders efficiently and were helpful, but the food was not good. A Thai soup that I ordered was tasty but was so full of , what I can only describe as shrimp shells that it was almost inedible. I kept getting Caesar salad with shrimp, but without the shrimp. After a certain amount of complaining, I got them to reduce the price to that of a side salad, which was good and correct. Hamburgers were tasty but overcooked. The pasta was variable sometimes good sometimes not.

Corner suite was spacious, very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The only minor issue was the TV - the sound and image quality needs upgrading. Lovely staff, everyone was very friendly. Excellent gym facilities (Fitness First). Very close to BTS Nana, central location, lots of food options nearby.

Stayed over new year, hotel and room was super luxurious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, had Executive Club access which provided great room on the 28th floor and that all important Lounge Access for free happy hour cocktails and snacks. The breakfast offering in the Atrium restaurant was also fantastic, really enjoyed my stay here.
