On the check in, they did not have room i booked (king size bed) so solutiIn offered was either two twin beds or smocking room. Check out took 20 minutes becuase apparently she was checking me out from the wrong room. All while holding my room key in her hand with my room number written by hotel's staff!!!!

We took the Lounge access and it did not disappoint. The relaxed environment and view was the cream . The food options for breakfast were repetitive, maybe a bit more variety. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Due to renovations the walkway is closed. You need to walk up the driveway shared with cars. When you reach the stairs there are no hand rails. You then need to walk to the left to find stairs with rails. My VIP check in was supposed to be on floor 31 but wasn't. I was then told breakfast was on the reception floor but this was again incorrect as it was on the 31st floor.
