It has 3rd floor mountain views but is only 8 steps down to the parking lot to put on your skis! Ski in/ski out to Oma's Meadow on one side, Sugar Slalom and Oma's Meadow on the other. This unit has a 60 inch LCD HDTV in the living room & a 42 inch LCD HDTV in the bedroom. Both have a DVD player for your movies. There is a queen bed & also a sleeper sofa. Relax with His & Her’s recliners after a fun day of skiing! Make some hot chocolate in the fully equipped kitchen & private balcony with a valley view. This unit is ideal for your mountain ski retreat with free WI-FI in all areas of the condo & access to coin operated laundry on site NO laundry in unit. The new clubhouse has a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts & outdoor grilling areas. Come relax in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**
