TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. Great space in good location
Check in process was a little strenuous. Overall, the space is great with plenty of room. Couple blocks from Sagrada Familia and local metro and bus routes. Balcony is a nice addition.

Property was more or less as explained, it was clean. The neighborhood was safe, but not a lot of places to eat an evening dinner. The best part about location was close proximity to La Sagrada Família. I had a terrible experience by being caught in the elevator where the fire department had to come and take me and my friend out. I called the management company and they totally took no responsibility at all. I was very disappointed in their attitude. Up until then they communicated. The check in process was confusing because they use a different system than VRbo. Thank God there were some young women next-door, who helped me get in the apartment. after the initial entry, it was OK.
