You get what you pay for. The parking space is not sufficient for all rooms, so it's a flawed advertisement of free parking available on first basis. Basically, limited parking. On top, they kept reserved half of the space for paid parking, which costs around $20/night. We couldn't find any parking even on the neighbourong streets. So, if you are coming by car, and definitely need a parking, please be prepared to factor that per night parking fee in the cost. Deluxe double rooms with one double bed and two bunk beds, are extremely small space for luggages of four guests. The shower hot water was ok, but the water was pooling around the base due to poor flow. The basin doesn't have a mix tap for hot and cold water, just have two separate taps, which is rare in this age. (How can one use warm water?!) . The kitchen facility was very basic. There's no TV in the room, and the only TV in the kitchen is probably max 32" and not in a position to watch by sitting really (basically the sofas are on the door way of the kitchen). The driveways within the property are narrow, and if one is not careful or not having front/rear camera or sensors, there's a high likelihood to damage the car. The only good thing is its location. It's walkable to city centre and food options (10-15 mins walk). Everything is overpriced at year-end season, so the price/value is a relative factor. If I find a better place at similar or slightly higher price, won't stay again, but can tolerate the stay i need to!
