Two night stay in Barcelona. Good enogh and clean enough. It's a small hotel inside a building. No staff after 18:30. So you need self check in. But they send you clear instructions.

Casa Vaganto was perfect for us. Right beside a metro stop if your needing to use it but also within walking distance of most of the attractions. Staff were amazing and so helpful and the propert was spotless and cleaned and tidied each day. Wil definitely be back

This is a quirky little place to stay. It's close to everything and the staff (Francesca) was delightful. It's a very small place and up a few flights of stairs so it doesn't look like a hotel from the front. Don't be put off, the rooms are small but very cute. You'll feel like you're right in the hustle and bustle of Barcelona! We knew that the area was noisy and that isn't the hotel's fault. Take earplugs (they actually provide them for you).. When you leave the hotel and turn right you're about 7 minutes walk from the marina. You can walk straight on for ten minutes to La Rambla. There are bars and shops right underneath the hotel with a McDonald's less than a minute away if that's your thing. Casa Vaganto is convenient, small and quirky. If you want to know how it feels to live in an apartment in Barcelona then give this a try. It's an old fashioned building with loads of character but has modern fixtures and fittings

The hotel itself is nice, although be advised that it doesn’t have much in the way of signage inside or outside. To enter you go through a door that looks like an apartment building next to a Turkish restaurant. There are stairs up to the elevator and interestingly there are 3 flights up to the first floor where reception is located. Our room was on the floor labeled 2, which was a flight above reception (four flights up from the ground floor). Our room was marked 2-10 and to get to it you had to go through a main door with your key card (this door was labeled ‘3’) and then into room number 10. Our key card randomly stopped working one morning so we couldn’t get back into our room after we had left (reception is not open all the time), but it was working later that day. Despite these oddities, the location is convenient, the place is clean and the staff are all very kind and helpful.

We had a great stay. Good value. Perfect place to get on metro to explore Barcelona. Easy walk to Pincho street for great restaurants. I would recommend better markings for building- it was difficult to find.

Everyone who worked there was so nice, the room and space was clean, the ac was a life saver, and the crossaints were delicious! Only problem was that our keys stopped working randomly, but the staff was very prompt in responding! Would recommend
