On Dec 23 into Dec 24 they were having a party that could be heard above room 443 that lasted till approximately 12:30am Tuesday The hotel is right by a church so if you try to sleep in the bells will ring waking you up from time to time. Which is not know as a potential inconvenience till you stay in the room. Recommendation that the hotels invest in sound proofing the rooms as late parties or church bells will consistently wake you up On Dec 24 they I noticed I haven’t have a mini refrigerator replacement since I checked in on Dec 21. When I ask for a refrigerator replacement the replenishing staff said I had to finish ALL the drinks in order to get what I took out replenished. So from my understanding there isn’t a SOP (Standard operating procedure) on what needs to be in there so the staff can know what belongs in the refrigerator. Over all stay in this location 2.5/5 recommend staying elsewhere as you’ll most likely get better service elsewhere for the same price.

We loved this hotel. The smell as you walked in was gorgeous, the room was lovely and spacious, the bed and pillows were so soft (we had the best night sleeps there) and all queries were answered. Only feedback is there is a €150 charge that gets refunded back. If you are budgeting, make sure to account for it as it’s in the Terms and Conditions but we were unfortunate to have missed it

The hotel looked small from the outside (small front door), but inside is beautiful and spacious. Room was beautiful, bed so comfortable. Our only complaint was the shower. We do not like deep bathtubs that we need to climb over (we are over 70 years old) plus the shower faucets required instructions to figure out how to make it work. It should be simpler. The hotel is conveniently located to La Boqueria Market. We enjoyed very much the buffet breakfast at the hotel.
