The lady with blond hair at check in was rude when I asked for access to vip services. My reservation literally said vip access la but she said I would NOT have access. I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last month but this visit was unpleasant. Probably don’t return.

Beware of the concierge
It was beyond my expectations. The concierge was the only downside. We requested anyway to get transportation to a different location and she responded as if we asked for a good bar. Letting us know that only Uber is good there. We walk outside to see 6 black rock vehicles lined up. Why did she not just say something to the effect of sorry we just offer rides to guest staying here. Back to the good! The convenience of whole resort is amazing I can’t wait to take my kids, bowl shop and watching movies and swimming in the pool!
