Grand Hyatt is such a great place to stay..All the staff are welcoming and very helpful… They assist and help us with everything we need.. We were treated so well. The place is sparkling clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast is so amazing definitely must include in the booking so you wont miss out. The welcome cake/ dessert for my husband’s birthday was such a kind gesture. thank you Grand Hyatt you all should be proud of the service you provide.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a very poor visit The service is definitely not 5 star worthy. Our room was so loud with the service staff outside. We asked to change room 4 times with each room windows letting in too much outside noise, the room we decided on had a hideous sewage smell which was disgusting. Our hairdryer didn't work. We asked for extra amenities which came over an hour We complained to the manager who said that we would be awarded 20,000 points which was a complete lie, still haven't seen these points! Have contacted the manager 3 times since we got back have been ignored, contacted customer service - again ignored The pool was nice and the hotel was nice looking, but that is about it. Its also a bit far from town though a metro is close by but not very convenient I would not recommend this hotel

We loved our time at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona. The staff were all amazing, and I highly recommend the breakfast! I only wish we had more than 3 days!
