Needed some room maintenance. Toilet ran constantly had to fiddle with it to get it to stop. Light broken next to bed in room 408. Needed 2 keys to keep the light working

When you pay this much money, you expect the air conditioning to work. It didn’t. The rooms were very hot and faced the sun all day. The staff were both very helpful but also helpless. They gave us fans (we had three rooms) and told is to open the window. My room on the second floor faced the busy street with motorcycle noise and partygoers sharing their happiness with us.

Good location, clean but overpriced
The room was a decent size, but very basic and fairly expensive. I'd booked a room with a king bed, but was given one with two twins pushed together and not even made up so I could spread out. Also the electrics in the room were problematic. I think they're charging too much to not do better.

Staff very helpful!…..I had a problem with the safe they resolved it quickly we had a very late check in but had no problems with that . We had a room at the back of the hotel and it wasn’t too noisy but what kind of traveler are you if you don’t take ear plugs we thought we had a hotel with breakfast included but didn’t check on our booking so unfortunately it wasn’t this made our trip more expensive you could buy breakfast at hotel for €16 each ! W(we didn’t)! I thought as we didn’t have breakfast included I. Price this made the hotel not good value for money although the hotel was in a good position and was clean and friendly I would look for another hotel in Barcelona that was better for Money if I was to stay there again
