Overall it is a nice hotel and there was nothing bad about it but I've stayed in better hotels for less money. We stayed in a standard king, the room was nice however the bathroom was pretty dated. Spa access was nice. As I say overall it was nice but I think the hotel could do with a few updates to rooms (i.e bathrooms etc)

Myself and my wife really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Firstly walking in, the decor of the interior is amazing. Staff were extremely friendly on arrival. It was wife’s birthday and when the staff member realised this she upgraded our room to the Tigerbay suite which was a lovely touch. The views from the room was amazing. The facilities (eg pool/hot tub) was nice, and liked that there were family timings. Every staff member we spoke to during our time there were extremely helpful and went out their way to accommodate us. With Cardiff Bay being a walkable distance away, it really is an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back again.

The staff we met were the best we’ve experienced. So kind and caring particularly towards our grandson, engaging with him. The hotel is in an ideal place for staying in the bay. Our room was comfortable but in need of refurbishment. Housekeeping let my score down as I had to call and ask for milk and a mug. These items were not replaced when room serviced. Bathroom was not refreshed either although they did take wet bath mat. Get that right and 5 stars deserved.

A very pleasant stay in this hotel - away from the city centre - so it is a bit of a walk but the hotel is in an amazing location overlooking the water. Staff were very courteous and pleasant throughout and extremely helpful to all queries. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely family night away with our two teenage boys. Room had two comfortable double beds, the room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely view over the bay. We all used the swimming pool facilities during family swim time and enjoyed the pool. Lovely breakfast with a good variety.
