Housekeeping is terrible. Don’t leave enough towels for the number of guests checked in. Next day, I left a message and still no response. No shampoo in bathroom. Called guest services and they didn’t deliver any either. Building is beautiful but dated and needs serious remodeling. Their signature restaurant (1902) is mediocre at best. Half the wines listed in menu are not available. Most of them are very cheap ones and one would expect better options in an upscale restaurant with a dress code. In fact, their casual restaurant has better food and wine menu. Concierge is a lazy guy who has no clue. Easier to find info on google then get anything meaningful out of him. This place needs a lot of rehab.

Omni at mt Washington is beautiful - my one drawback is PARKING! For the price you pay per night parking should be included. Free parking is about a 1/4 mile away or more and is in an unlit area.

First class resort, only gripe is way too few EV charging stations and the fact that they are only level one chargers.

Beautiful historical place, lovely wraparound porch to view mountains & autumn colors. Room was large, well appointed, good bed & sheets. Staff very responsive & pleasant.
