Exceptional service by staff. The bar and bistro area was fabulous. Close to all venues. One of the best hotel stays so far. Pool was excellent. You couldn’t find a better hotel if you tried. This hotel ticks every single box.

The area was absolutely beautiful. Very disappointed with not been advised of the charges on coffee at time of ordering them at breakfast and also charges for a egg we never received at breakfast despite asking for a follow up and no one ever got back to us . Staff looked very unhappy and would smile if we spoke to them . There was also a cockroach in our room walking over the bed .
