The staff were very sweet! There was construction going on Next Door and it was noisy. One night we didn’t have any hot water. It was hotel wide even the next morning. We still didn’t have hot water. The beds were hard as rock. I probably would not stay there again.

It was the last room available due to a LSU game. Water was on no the floor due to leaks from the air conditioner. The water in the sink took forever to drain. The sheets had small specks of trash.

We got one wash cloth for two people staying four nights. Two towels for four nights. Room was not cleaned. AC was deafening. only o e working elevator. Staff is great but room was not up to Hyatt standards.
