The staff at the front desk of the hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the positive experience for us ended there. The immediate surrounding area is unsafe and uncomfortable at best. Navigating the area is very inconvenient. The room could have been much cleaner as the mattress and bedding had stains on it- we had to ask for extra linens the first night... The pool was an ice bath. It wasnt even usable which was a huge disappointment to our kids. The gym is a joke and half the equipment didnt work....no free weights as pictured. The elevators are only suppsoed to work woth key access but that was inconsistent and sometimes we were able to access room floors without using a key and other times our key didnt work to even go to the lobby. Very frustrating! The valet are rude and seem irritated with every customer. Our car was brought back to us rearranged and smelling like marijuana... for the price of this hotel it is absolutely not worth it. Find somewhere else that has the amenities it advertises and is worth your money. Will NOT stay again.

2 of the 4 elevators were out of service so getting to and from your room took a lot longer than it should have. Only one block from Bourbon St makes an easy commute and Ubers were easy to get if you want to travel elsewhere.

Their fitness center is extremely extremely tight quarters. 5 cardio machines. (2 inoperable) Weights 15lbs max and 1 small flat bench. Any more than 2 people at one time would become extremely crowded.

Great place to stay easy access to bourbon street, casino, frenchman st, clean rooms.restaunt in the hotel, only sad part no refrigerator to put leftover food in. Thank you to Jean who helped my husband to facilitate surprising me for my birthday. Me and my friends had a wonderful time and will choose you again thank you for the hospitality

Parking is mandatory valet at $45 PER DAY doesn’t matter if your car leaves the garage or not they charge everyday you stay, which was not disclosed when I booked. Maid service came in my room at 9 am when checkout was not until 11 am on the day I was leaving and woke me up by BEING in my room! Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest or accommodating when I was asking about the parking situation. They do not let you take the bag carts up the elevator to take your belongings even if you have a large amount of luggage. It was very nice to be so conveniently close to bourbon street. The hotel was very clean.
