Very friendly staff! Very nice hotel and it is fabulous that the parking is free. This will definitely be my new regular spot when I visit my daughter at LSU.

Everything was fabulous. The only downside was the room got hot at night. I had it set on 66 and I woke up sweating. For one night though it was liveable.

Staff was great. Food at restaurant wasn’t great. The thing that would keep from ever staying in this hotel again is the noise from the highway and the strange noise in room. I was awoken multiple times at night as we heard our noises from the plumbing. It was awful. The shower next door and even our room was loud. I would never stay here again.

Great hotel, parking was challenging, there seemed ro be quite a few events at the hotel and those people that were attending took up all the parking spots from the guests. Parking on the outskirts didn't seem to be well lighted, so it's understandable people want to park close.

One elevator at check in was not working. When we were trying to leave there were 2 elevators not working. Had to carry all our luggage down 9 flights of stairs to leave because the one elevator was so packed. We tried for 25 minutes but finally walked down

Staff was outstanding ,especially the bartender and our waiter. I did not like the background noise . Hotel located next to busy interstate. I had difficulty falling asleep. Perhaps you could offer ear plugs.
