It was what I expected after seeing the reviews. The ironing board was missing the cover, and the most of the buttons on the tv remote didn't work. But the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfy bed.

When checking in I was told they are in the middle of renovating and that they would have to let me in my room every time because my key wouldn’t work. As a result it was very inconvenient and I barricaded my door when I went to sleep. The sheets had stains on them. I booked two queens and got a room with one king (I was traveling with my son). I saw roach droppings around an outlet and one live roach. The bedding and towels were not changed after the first day, there was no complimentary toiletries and no actual blanket on the bed. Super gross and had no choice because everything else was booked. I can’t wait to get home and shower.

Booked a non-smoking room, arrive to find out they don’t have any available. Room smelled like a 50 year old casino. Was told the rooms are being remodeled (where???) so there were no room keys. Had to get the staff to let us in each time. Inside door lock was broken, no smoke detector in room, fire extinguisher outside was past inspection date, dead bugs in room, food crumbs in chairs, furniture and carpeting saw their prime decades ago, definitely would not want to put a black light to the interior and all the weird stains.

This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First, the key card wouldn't open our door, so we had to get the guy at front desk to open it everytime we needed in the room. They claim it was due to remodeling the hotel. The rooms were clean but definitely needed remodeled badly. The guy working at the hotel cgarged me for a room i had already paid for, I'm still working this out with corporate office. I booked 2 rooms, one through expedia the other through OYO and he said i couldn't stay the 2nd night unless i paid, which I had already paid the day we got there. Management is horrible, they called Saturday morning said i hadn't paid, i called expedia, they called hotel and straightened it out. I got a call from hotel everything was good no worries. Fast forward to Saturday night and they once again claimed i owed them money. This hotel has some serious issues, needs alot of work and needs better management. I'm still fighting OYO for my refund. I personally would not have them listed on expedia as a hotel choice. Will never be back again i will pay $200 and stay elsewhere than stay here.

Terrible experience.
I was not able to stay. I reserved a non smoking room. They did not have it. All they had was a smoking room. My son is allergic. I never checked in. I am awaiting my refund that the hotel assured me I would receive.

Property is going downhill. We booked a non smoking room only to have the property be sold out and only smoking rooms were available. Room smelled awful and musty. My husband had an allergy attack it was so bad. Told the staff and was told nothing they could do. Bathroom was disgusting with hair and dead bugs. Only two towels for 3 ppl. TV didn’t work first night but staff did come to fix second night. No room keys so had to get a staff member to unlock every time. Not a great stay and we have been to this location multiple times but this time almost sealed the deal to never go back. Awful!!!!

When we first arrived we noticed the property looks nothing like the pictures posted online. Place is really run down. We were first told some of the doors doesn’t lock and would have to contact the office every time we entered and left the property. We also booked non smoking rooms but was told me had to stay in the smoking rooms. After being stern with the front desk they miraculously had rooms with working doors that was also non smoking. When we arrived in the room it had a really strong cigarette smell, smoke detectors were plugged out, shower head dirty and roaches in the room. The cleaning lady was extremely nice and helpful only upside to this motel that they advertised as a hotel. We had a late flight back home and asked if we can do a later check out time and was told that wasn’t possible. I do not recommend this motel to anyone. Especially if you have kids.
