The entire property was under renovation. We were not made aware of any construction whenever we booked nor were we informed before check in. The first room we were in was disgusting. The bed was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the floors were dirty, and it had an awful smell. The second room was a little better, but not by much. It was on the second floor and there were nails in the area around the elevators, which were out of service along with the internet. We needed extra pillows, and I had to search the whole hotel to find who I needed to speak to about getting extra pillows. The breakfast area was in open construction and all the food and utensils were out in the open in the same room as construction. This was not light construction, they had the whole hotel gutted. In my opinion, they should have not been open.

I have never had no problems with my stay when I stay here but this one took the cake for me my room had bed bugs I had no clue they were there until check out I notice one in my husbands underwear that I had thrown away in the trash can in the room in the restroom I then went and speak with the lady at the front desk and told her we had this problems she then stated that it was on me because I didn’t reported it when I first checked in I told her ma’am the room is already suppose to be cleaned and mopped and ready for the next guest so I asked her for my deposit back she stated she was unable to give it back to me I said ma’am I’m not asking for the full amount just refund me at least half she said she could only give me my deposit witch is stated in the contract that they can not keep your deposit so I told her that was already owned to me then she said my manager said they could only give you 15.00 in return so I told them I’m filling a police report I didn’t get my receipt and I had to go back to the property to get that.. if anybody get a room here please check your room we had them in the room the whole town we stayed there this place needs to be clean despite the raccoons out side this place could be better breakfast is good the black women that worked there are very sweet and they have told me that the owners don’t wanna keep up with this property I have videos and pictures of this situation

I paid for my room a month in advance, I called at6 pm because i was running late and desk said no problem they would hold my room... I got there at 1145 and they sold my room and all they had left were 1 bed rooms... When I asked why would they do that when I called ahead, the clerk said if i didn't like it i could leave... When I said I already paid in advance, she said she would throw me out if I continued with my attitude!!! I shut up and said just give me the room... When I asked where it was located she told me to figure it out myself!!!! Pathetic service!!!!

Still waiting on a refund, do you guys verify these hotels. First room they sent us to someone else was clearly staying there, towels and trash everywhere and beds not made. 2nd room was an ashtray that smell like someone had smoked a carton per day for years . Third room was not good, stayed there one night because the airline you’d set us up with totally failed. When we left someone was selling Nile’s in the parking lot out of an old cadillac. Terrible

Need to be closed and maybe after the remodel
Will never stay again and if we could have went to another place we would have we get there and the place smelled of drugs the guy was very disrespectful about everything we got locked out of our room every time we left it moved rooms 3 times do to issues potty the parties yelling to the last room air didn’t work to where I bought a fan the water was cold every time we took a shower the pool had bugs in it and kids things everywhere and no one there no fire alarms yes under construction but wall not done to lights hanging from wall by the wires some of the rails where broken out the potties in lobby where not even installed just in the middle of floor one of the many times getting locked out my kids needed to use the restroom told them to go to lobby to use it and they couldn’t ask to speak to owner they all said out of the country the people one one of the floors must have lived there made be if they clean up and get all of the bad things going on and finish remodeling they might do good but next time I want believe the pics the only thing that looks like the pic is the water thing they have in lobby

Worst hotel experience ever!!!!
Terrible experience, I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. The room smelled, A/C barely worked, bed was so uncomfortable, some of the receptacles did not work, the mini fridge made noise all night, and the smoke alarm was broken off of the wall. The people in the next room was playing loud rap music until almost midnight. They had a barbecue pit set up right outside of our room door, and their kids were running up and down screaming.

The property was in poor conditions, rooms were very out dated. Plumbing was mediocre at best, toilets dod not work properly. Locking mechanism on doors did not work proplerly had to change room due to safty issues when it came to locking doors. Facilities were run down large gaping holes in pool, none of the ice or vending worked properly, air-conditioning barely worked. There was blood stains on pillows and sheets. Overall horrible expierence only bright side is the nice lady that worked the morning she was polite and very helpful.

Worst Hotel Ever!! This place is the worst place I have ever stayed. Loose wires all over! Elevator didn’t work. Toilet in room didn't work, shower did not have hot water. I do not recommend anyone stay here!

less than an average hotel
The hotel is going through renovation, telephone did not work, breakfast area was not the best when you can see plies running over the eggs and patties. Small roaches in the room, not the best experience, but for a one night driving through the area it was Ok. I won't bring my wife anywhere close to this one.
