2 bedrooms 1.5 bath cottage unit. Centrally located in the heart of Baton Rouge. Across the street from Our Lady of the Lake hospital. Three blocks off of I-10. Clean and located near all the major attractions and restaurants. Mall of Louisiana, Perkins Rowe, Top Golf, Main Event, etc. Definitely recommend Sushi Masa (sushi buffet).

Will definitely stay here again
The owner communicated with me in the days before my arrival date with all the information I needed to check in, along with the wifi information. There are two dedicated parking spaces close to the unit, which was very convenient. Wifi was great - all i did was browse websites, check email, and attend one Zoom call (no gaming or videos) and I never had any connectivity issues. The unit is super quiet, which is something I worry about with a multi-family building. Everything was easy and convenient - thank you!

Excellent property manager
The property manager's servicer was fantastic. She responded to all of our needs in a very timely manner. Everything in the property was clean and as advertised. Has everything we needed for a family of four. Location is great, it's a quiet condo complex but is still close to shopping and freeways.
