Friendly and tastefully decorated comfortable apartment with spacious living room, a cozy dining area and quiet bedroom for 2 people (60 m²). Extensively equipped kitchen. Sunny east-facing balcony with beautiful views over the Rottal. Bathroom with bath and shower. Private underground parking and parking space right outside the front door. Towels and sheets included, of course.

The location of our comfort-apartment is ideal. The Spa Paradise "Rottaler spa triangle" (Bad Griesbach, Bad Birnbach, Bad Fussing) is only removed 5-15 km, and the golfer's paradise Rottal is located right on the doorstep.

This well kept apartment is fully furnished, so you will find in the living room a modern satellite TV and in the kitchen next to plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery, a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge freezer, a toaster and an egg boiler and also a dishwasher ,
