This was my first time staying at a suites and I was really surprised that our room had basically a mini kitchen. If our stay was any longer we definitely wouldve made use of it. As it was the breakfast buffet was convenient and our room was clean and we felt very safe.

The front desk checked us into the wrong room and while we were out they disabled our keys making us go to the front desk to fix it. Telling us that they didn’t check us into the right room but we could stay in the room. The next day they disabled our keys again making us go to the front desk AGAIN to fix the keys once again telling us we were in the wrong room. It was our last night so they told us we could stay in the room. The whole thing was inconvenient. And our stuff was locked in a room we couldn’t access half the time.

Overall good stay, comfortable beds. Only issue just wish they had a crib or pack n play for small kids. Attendant was nice and gave us extra bedding to make a pallet for my 1 year old.

We always stay here, we got in around 10 pm and the girl checking us in never looked at us and never got up out of her seat, leaning around and never smiled!! Then we got to our room and it was clean but smelled really bad!!! Will not go back!!!!!!!

Great weekend get away
The hotel was better than expected. Our room was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. Great location. With being right off I-10, I thought it would be loud but it was not. We will definitely stay here again.
