Check was ok, booked a pool side room that was shown to include a patio/balcony, and was given a shabby room that had a sour odor. Asked to front desk about being moved to the correcr room that i paid extra money to ger ans was told that expedia would tell me anything to spend extra money. And that i would need to call them. Not that there wasnt said room available juat that basicaly because i booked thru 3rd party i would not be getting that room, and i could only cancel my second night, i wouldnt get a refund for my first night. On a postive note, their breakfast is great and that staff was amazing! Over all being told i cant have the room i booked for booking with expedia and unwilling to try and fix the situation we will not stay here again. Do not recommend

I had an issue with my room not having a sofa bed which it should have according to the description. Betthann at the front desk worked with me and we ended up in a different suite. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the dining area. Had breakfast each morning and it was delicious. I took 9 of us to lunch at Hemingway’s and the service was great and the food was good.

Unpleasant experience
The room was gross. It seemed like they didn’t clean it properly. They had roaches. The pool was closed for maintenance and I wanted to take my kids swimming. Room service took forever and the food was cold and not good. I didn’t enjoy myself here.

I liked the architecture of the hotel. I chose to stay because of the wrestling event being held in the ballroom. All agents/workers were knowledgeable when asked questjons. Breakfast was nice. Server was very friendly.
