Found my room door cracked open when I came back one night. Cleaning staff did not close door at all leaving my room wide open the whole day. I reported it and next day room was half done when asked not to be cleaned due to previous experience. Apparently my requests/report were not taken seriously.

Was there by myself for the Steelers game. Staff was super friendly, restaurant food was good beer was cold. Shuttle drivers were very friendly. The room was huge, and beautiful. This was my first time there and will NOT be my last

I stayed at this hotel due to an early morning flight, and it satisfied everything I needed. They have free shuttle to the PIT airport and an on site restaurant. Room is a little small but it was not a big issue for me.
