Great hotel with Amazing view on the higher floors. Staff are patient and helpful with helping non native speakers. Building is located next to the main train station and has plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas in and around the same building. There are car rental services across the road from the hotel . Car parking is an underground parking space with led lights to help with finding empty spots , discounted parking when stay with the hotel. All in all the hotel , service and area left such an amazing impact on us that we will be making it are main hotel going forward when revisiting the Osaka region of Japan.

Initially we struggled to find this place. This hotel is actually above the shopping centre. the hotel is very fancy, staff was kind and polite. Once you find your way to hotel you will realise how close is this from station and food shops etc. The closest station is Osaka central and you can catch train to any direction from this station. Will definitely stay here again.

Disappointing.
Overbooked. Just crawling with tourists. Busy elevators, busy hallways and busy laundry room. Rooms were smaller than average and not cleaned thoroughly well. Very impersonal hotel with automated check-in/out machines. Central area and very convenient, but hotel a disappointment for money paid.

I had the best experience at this hotel in Osaka, especially in Umeda! It’s super convenient since it connects to plenty of shopping malls and the subway, so you don’t even have to worry about the weather. I definitely want to stay here again next time!

The location is great and convenience. It is surrounded with plenty of shopping mall and you can easily visit other parts of Osaka by taking different kinds of transport eg JR , kansai train or metro However, the coin laundry at 24/f is confusing, especially the drying function, clothings are dripping of water when u get them out of the machine.

Extremely convenient location. Walking distance to 3 main train stations and countless restaurants. Hotel is very clean, modern. Staff are friendly. Self service check in and check out very quick and efficient. Highly recommended

We stayed here for 3 nights because we wanted a room with more space. The room was not as spacious as I thought it would be. Most of the space was used for the bath area, with a separate toilet, sink and a wet room with a bathtub and stand up shower. The hotel is in a central location on the 9th floor. You will need to use two sets of elevators to get to your room. There are four elevators and it’s slow and crowded most times which we found cumbersome.

The location is excellent and is close to everything. The only drawback is the room size of standard twin room. You can hardly open 2 luggage in the room due to limited space
