Don't Overlook this Place when looking for a Hotel
This is ss hidden gem in a small mountain town, located next door to a ski resort. The rooms are really comfortable, and there is an excellent restaurant/bar on site (dinner only). The food was really good! *Note: there are not many dining choices in the immediate area.

A beautiful property for a really reasonable price during the off season. Stayed for one night on a road trip at first for the price but will likely come back to stay for a few days and just see the area. Recommend Mash Fork falls nearby, an easy to drive to waterfall.

I little dated, rooms could use some TLC. Beds were comfortable and having a restaurant on the premises was a big plus. All in all a very good value. Would stay again.

We love this place. This was our fourth visit and we still love it as much as our first visit. It is a little older than the chain hotels but you can’t beat the peace and scenery. Love sitting on the deck and having dinner while listening to the band. To us it was like we found a hidden gem in plain site. Will absolutely be back!

Bar/restaurant was decent. Nightly entertainment was awesome. Room was clean. The only complaint is the condition of the driveway and parking lot. Many potholes and a lot of loose gravel, not the best for our motorcycle trip, but overall would definitely stay again!

This place was a dump. Had not been updated, painted or fixed in a decade!!! Moldy shower curtain, gross dirty shower floor. Dust covered headboard. It was damp and musty. The towels and papers were damp feeling. There are holes in the wall everywhere. I looked at reviews, pictures… This was NOT that. Do not recommend at all.

This property was in a lovely, secluded area that travelers are unlikely to happen upon. You really have to know it’s there. It had everything I needed in a hotel stay, except decent TV service. The TV was really odd, took an inordinate amount of time to register a remote control command, and had bizarre channel offerings that were completely irrelevant to your average viewer (no local, news, or sports channels).

Dirty, smelly, and unfriendly.
The front desk person clearly didn't love their job. They were very short in their communication of details, never smiled, and when asked a question, it seemed an inconvenience to answer. We walked in the room, and it was VERY stuffy and possibly moldy. We would have left, but we knew we didn't have any other nearby options on late notice. I immediately became stuffed up.. The door frame was all chipped away, the water had a ton of minerals and deposits in it, so we decided not to even brush our teeth with the tap water. There were spiders in our room. To add to it, at least two of the pillows were dirty when we arrived, so we just didn't use them. We typically try and stay in smaller or local places when possible, but this was a place I would not recommend to anyone, and if we're ever back in the area, we would try and find lodging elsewhere ahead of time.

Pros are: Place is clean, friendly staff, decent price. Coffee and danish beakfast. Soft bed and pillows. Cons: Hard to find, way off the road with no road sign. Very old place. Looks like people are living there full time. A little spooky looking if you check in at night time. Overall: I'd stay again because of the cons.
