AVOID! AVOID at all costs!
I am an avid adventurer and I have been to many many RB and B's, rental properties, and hotels. I have, by a far stretch of the imagination, ever experienced and seen the ridiculousness and unprofessionalism of this hotel.
I had made one additional reservation for my cousins to stay one night and had to call them over 8 times to comprehend this also they had taken an extra payment from me because they said my card was canceled-and I am still awaiting this money.
Firstly, I want to mention that on our arrival we were immediately told that "we could not use their swimming facility because my sister wears a hijab" and this was said before anything else. When we asked why this was the case they mentioned: that "they were unsure and that it was policy." Instead, they indicated that we could swim at the nearby private beaches (which btw there is an entrance fee).
When we got to our room we sat and tried to relax but were bombarded by at least 10 phone calls including how we liked the room, what our names were and if we were another person, that they made an error, that the room was to belong to someone else. Eventually, she stated that the room belonged to someone else, that they made an error, and wanted us to move. My sister then negotiated that they needed to provide something for all the stress we have already endured.
