The rooms were unbearably hot, made 4 calls down to reception to have our AC fixed to no avail, ended up having a staff member come to our room at gone midnight to unlock the window as it was left locked.

Stayed for one night as attending a concert. Straight across road from train station. Upon arrival to check in greated by friendly reception team who advised of facilities in hotel. We were located on the 7th floor. Room really nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
