Staff not the friendliest. They seem so sad and miserable. So I tried to limit my interactions.
Extremely clean hotel
Bed is good but the pillows are not of the high quality I’d be used to with Marriott. Therefore had a bad sleep.
Location is good. Views of the water fabulous.
After an arduous ordeal at Belfast City Airport due to adverse weather, and all flights cancelled. It was such a relief to find a room at AC Hotel Marriott Belfast. We were greeted warmly and professionally, and were also upgraded. The room was beautiful, clean and plenty of fresh towels, bath robe and slippers. Needed a taxi for 4:30am next morning which was taken care of by Reception. After an extremely long tiresome day, this hotel was an absolute Oasis. Thank you so much
A smile at reception, staff first class especially Charlie who made the most fantastic hot whiskey after we arrived frozen and fed up from all flights cancelled at Belfast airport.
