The hotel itself was great, and had easy secure parking. The neighborhood was a little run down, but I had no problems walking to City Centre or Queen's College.

Excellent location, 10 min walk to vibrant street with plenty of bars and restaurants. Secure parking was excellent and main reason I booked this hotel, really let down by room service, 2nd day room was not made up, and third day room was visited but none of consumables (tea/ coffee/milk) were replaced. Let the experience down
