The manager of the hotel was helpful and kind. We stayed in the newest room that is a part of an upcoming redesign, and it was comfortable. In general, this hotel is far from town.

Place needs serious case of updating. The room i was allocated was "fully refurbished" so I was told by the staff member allocating my room. If that was fully refurbished, I'd hate to see what the previous conditions were. There cleaning standards needs a serious look at, there were rings in the toilet around taps and the shower door... i have no words for... I even felt the hand soap was watered down because i used the toilet in the lobby... Certainly not worth $300 I paid for 1 night!

Great variety of breakfast options and service was wonderful. I was looking for a place with all the amenties, but should have check closing times. We did not get a chance to try the bar as I hoped as it closed as we were always returning from our daily activities. 930pm seems kind of early for the bar. Only got to use the pool once for the same reason. The game room had some fun options but equipment is broken and needs updating. Had to split our 1 of 3 evenings between game room, pool or bar since they closed around the same time. Otherwise, the stay was great.

the website stated that the room was looking out over the thernal area and the photo also showed an image of the room looking over the thermal area but the room supplied was on the opposite side of the building looking over the front carpark. These rooms were advertised as cheaper than what I paid for. I complained to the desk who said they couldnt do anything about it as the rooms were booked out. This followed by a coffee machine that didnt work and a TV that failed to cast to. We had to be moved to a different room
