Expedia advertise onsite parking, this is incorrect.
Very poor customer service, rude and unhelpful staff.
The proximity to downtown was great. Would be nice if the parking discount was better. $35 to park each day is very high, and that's with the discount.
We had the most loveliest stay. My son was 4 on the day of check out, at breakfast 3 managers came with balloons, chocolates for me, cupcakes and a present for my son. He was delighted everyone sung happy birthday to him. It really made his day.
Excellent hotel right in the centre of Belfast. Everything first class. Definitely recommend. Have stayed several times.

Hot Hot Hot.
Check in and check out we're very quick and easy online.
I only had one gripe, the room was like a sauna, with the window being sealed and unable to be opened, also the remote for the TV wouldn't work, so unable to switch it on.
I booked two rooms. My colleague was given a key to his room. When he opened the door this room was already occupied. Thankfully the occupants were away at the time.
This could be a major safety issue.
I think the hotel may need to review its process of checking out guests and ensuring the rooms are vacant.
Although I enjoyed my stay in the hotel I was bitterly disappointed with the breakfast. I have stayed in this hotel before and breakfast is usually excellent but this time the food wasn’t hot. I spoke to the relevant staff who apologised and offered me a complimentary breakfast next time I stay. I still give the hotel an excellent rating as I still enjoy staying there. Staff are lovely.
The front desk staff was super. Very kind and helpful. But that is where it ended. The staff in the restaurant area was some of the worst I've ever experienced. We ordered two gin and tonics, they didn’t and had never had two of the gins they advertised on the menu, we were ignored for 20 mins after we were sat. Terrible. Then when my husband got his G&T he had no ice, when I received mine it was just gin and no tonic.
I took the train from Dublin so the two block walk was very convenient. The area is central to everything in Belfast. Even my tour to Giants Causeway was convenient - about four/five blocks to the pick up spot. Great that the Christmas market at Belfast City Hall was on as that was just a few blocks. The staff was friendly and helpful.
