Parking was in the Makai Tower which was two elevators and across lobby. Besides the parking fee for $43 a nite. They charge a resort fee of $34 a nite. Resort fee includes local phone calls, towels, soap/shampoo, local newspaper, internet and dvd rental. Just Wow!!! Room old and dirty. In room oven handle glued back on, microwave above stove big sign on it says out of order. Carpet dirty. Needed to wear slipper in room. Wind blew all night whistling through the door. 4 elevators wait time average 10 mins.

When I arrived at Aston At The Waikiki Banyan the staff was so nice and so helpful and so friendly. They checked me in quickly, when I got to my room everything in my room was amazing. Everything was so clean and it was everything I hoped for, the view was amazing. I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go, I would most definitely stay at the Aston at the Waikiki Banyan again

Each condo is different and after requesting a different room which was no problem we had a terrific room The staff was eager to please and very pleasant. I highly recommend

The property was old and in the 60's and 70's furniture, we can feel the bed springs popping up . All the furniture was old and rusty and broken and towels were raggedy. Every was just plane old!!!! Pictures show updated floors and furniture. I had two Condo one for I and my husband and one for my kids and everything felt like everything we touch was going to break ! Sad that it looks better in pictures the in reality. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever !!!!!!!

Honestly I was very pleased with my stay at this place. The room was very spacious, there was a whole kitchen/living room, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I would say that one thing I didn’t like was the bed but that’s just me. Elevators did take a while sometimes but nothing too major. It was pretty clean and in a very nice neighborhood, the beach was like a 7 min walk.

The hall ways on each floor doesn’t get any fresh air. Kinda smelly when you go out taken the elevator and the wait time sometimes is too long.
