Friendly staff, very spacious and clean facilities, bed was super comfortable. The large multi-story car park is less than three minutes’ walk and you can get a discount if you show reception your ticket. The restaurant managed to get us seated and fed within twenty minutes as we had a theatre show to make!

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The bedroom was a good size, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were efficient and friendly. It is ideally situated near some nice bars and restaurants.

This property was walkable to major attractions in Belfast. We had trouble with the wifi in our room. They offered to try to switch rooms for better service but we declined as we didn’t want to move all of our things. I would stay here again

Good Breakfast. Staff was very responsive. Shower in room was warm not hot. We asked them to fix it but it was still just warm. Room was extremely small especially a room for three. Luckily we spent very little time in room

This is a well situated hotel in downtown Belfast. Close to shops, restaurants and the St. George Market. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices. We would return here again for sure!

Excellent all rounder
Staff were excellent, helpful, professional & very welcoming. Breakfast was buffet style & there was a great selection of both hot & cold, vegetarian & non vegetarian options. Excellent central location & surprisingly quiet given the central location. A family of 4 adults shared a suite of 2 double beds, it was quite small for the 4 of us. Next time I’d book 2 adjoining rooms. One small critique would be to have hooks/rails installed in bathroom for towels etc. The complementary water & biscuits in the room were a lovely welcome touch. We would definitely stay here again, staff were outstanding!!
