I had a very pleasant experience staying at LUGANODANTE 2 years ago and looked forward to return there on this business trip. The room and bathroom were super clean, welcoming and comfortable with free coffee/tea, water and soft drinks in the minibar. There were ample outlets to connect my electronic devices. The buffet breakfast is copious and of high quality, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients. The reception staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the best part is the location, which is steps away from the funicular leading to the Lugano train station!
