Don’t bother looking to stay anywhere else than the Hotel Central when visiting Luzern; it’s conveniently situated a short walk from both the station and Old Town. The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The generous and delicious breakfasts were a great start to the day and it was great to be able to enjoy complimentary (good) coffee at any time. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and very clean - all in all our visit to Luzern was made all the better for staying at Hotel Central.

Everything perfect. Only con is lack of food options in the area. Supermarket across the street.

The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). We have a very good view. You can see the Swiss mountains. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

This was a clean and friendly place to stay for our trip to see the fireworks for New Year. A short walk to the station for easy access to the city. The hotel was clean and functional and the staff friendly.
