Property is in need of a remodel. Lobby was very disorganized lots of clutter everywhere elevator needed to be cleaned and remodeled always had dirty carpet.

This hotel is MID
Hotel was in poor condition due to age/lack of remodeling. Christmas party for staff during check-in so they were drunk. Not joking, definitely drunk and unprofessional. Would not choose to stay here again nor recommend. Beds were comfortable and it was a safe location but I will pay more to stay somewhere else next time.

I brought my 2 kids there for 1 night. We were very pleased. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Would definitely go back. Pool and hot tub were very nice too!

The hotel was beautiful but the only complaint I have was the breakfast was sad..a simple sausage patty and some mediocre eggs flats a waffle maker and just cereal..if anything I was hoping they would do atleast biscuits sausage and gravy or something you could actually get a full stomach on..also their marketplace where they sell chips and drinks were highly overpriced and the portions for the price is definitely not worth $2 for a child size bag of chips and $4 for a can of pop.

Opened door of room and it smelled like someone smoked in it. Went back down to front desk and he got us a new room and was very polite. Breakfast area was full, food was good.

Wasn’t my favorite comfort suites!
Not a bad hotel. Probably won’t stay here again though. Customer service (front desk guy) was very friendly so that was an huge plus. Our room was mediocre. Wall outlets next to the beds didn’t work (we didn’t address that tho)..the pool was very dated, and dark in that space. Floor was super slippery. Witnessed a young child slip and fall while accidentally stepping on the raised edge of the pool. Just be careful around pool if you do stay here. Just didn’t seem like any $$ was put into this hotel for upkeep. I guess you get what you pay for tho!
