I must highlight that people working there we amazing, from reception to the restaurant. Really nice and hospitable. Breakfast was really great. Unfortunately I cannot same the same for the room... Beds need to be changed urgently

Very worn out hotel
We had stayed here for 2 nights during the World Cup. It is probably the worst hotel that I had seen in years. The hotel needs a major renovation. The beds and all equipment are very old. The water is hardly warm and gets heated by an electric device, which sometimes gives you a slight electric shock when you turn the water off. The windows have glass only in the upper part, whilst the bottom part is covered by wooden shades. It gets noisy at nights and you don't feel safe. There is no air conditioning or safe.

Poor services Very noisy room
The hotel is very simple and noisy. If is close to BRT system. I had to leve the room and find a place to buy earphones to be able to sleep.

Se for só para durmo o custo benefício tá bom. Se for para passarais dias, não recomendo, frigobar sem funcionar, cama com colchão duro, a localização e boa mais para fazer o chequim tem um sofrimento a parte, não tem condições mó parar em frente ao hotel e o estacionamento fica fechando te obrigando a ficar com o carro parado já calçada sujeito a multa.

Bem localizado, mas com o café da manhã muito ruim
O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Ele é bem simples, porém limpinho. Com relação ao café da manhã achei péssimo. No anúncio dizia que tinha estacionamento disponível, como o valor era maior que os demais sites dava a entender que o valor era incluso o estacionamento , e ao chegar tiver que pagar 35 reais por dia. Sem falar que escolhi pagar no hotel e ao chegar não permitiu dividir no cartão tendo que pagar as quatro diárias no valor integral.

Hotel ruim
Hotel bem simples e com algumas precariedades. Paredes precisando de pintura, banheiro muito pequeno e apertado, colchão da cama horrível. TV não funcionava. Confesso que quando entrei no quarto me assustei, parece um quarto abandonado. Para quem quer conforto não recomendo. Os recepcionistas são legais, mas o Marcelo achei um pouco grosseiro, poderia ter sido mais educado. Assim que chegamos não foi apresentado sequer as regras do hotel, ou uma breve apresentação. Café dá manhã razoável. Única coisa que salva é a localização, muito perto de tudo. Enfim, não me hospedaria novamente nesse hotel.

Atendimento nota zero.
Tem muita fatores negativos que eu poderia elencar aqui, no entanto vou me ater somente no atendimento dos funcionários que foi terrível. Péssimo. Atendente sem nenhum preparo tanto de dia quanto a noite. Mau educados. Não tem disposição para dar uma informação. De todos os hotéis, essa foi a minha pior experiência de todas.
