Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, plus large game room with TV and X Box, ping pong, and corn hole. Home sleeps 8 and comes with 8 SHARC pool & recreation passes and lots of bikes! A spacious hot tub is waiting for you after a day of skiing, biking, golfing, or a long walk along the river. Fully stocked kitchen!

Our home boasts beautiful, vaulted ceilings with exposed shiplap and beams, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere in the main living room, kitchen.

The property is situated on a quiet culdesac, with a large 3/4 acre forested lot that provides a sense of exclusive privacy.

RECENT UPDATES & IMPROVEMENTS:

We are always striving to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable! This year, we've added:

A new TV and Xbox with games in the Game Room for added entertainment

Sleeper chair for additional sleeping options

Bunk beds with a full mattress on the bottom and a new twin mattress on the top—perfect for families or extra guests

New chairs in the living and bedroom areas for more comfort and style

Regularly updated linens to ensure everything is fresh and clean

Early check in requests can sometimes be granted at the owners option and based on our general housekeeping schedule for an additional fee of $50. Guaranteed check in time is 4:00pm on the first night of your stay.

Late check out requests can also sometimes be granted. Again at the owners option and schedule. The additional fee for a late check out is $75. Standard check out time is 11:00am on the morning of your departure.

This spacious home offers a fantastic retreat, whether you're enjoying the outdoor activities that Sunriver offers or relaxing in comfort. New this spring : a newly added game room for endless fun.

Nice Sunriver Home

This house has all the amenities anyone would need: lots of bikes, ping pong table, hot tub, and lots of games to play. The location was convenient to the bike trail and Sharc Center. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed this home. It was spacious, comfortable and located in a perfect place to take advantage of all that was offered in Sun River. Amazing Stay

My family and I stayed here for the Memorial Weekend Travel Baseball Tournament. It was perfect. Many of our teams' families stayed in the same community. Our house was great, we often had the boys downstairs playing ping pong or riding bikes in the neighborhood. The host were great, checked in with us and were very accomodating. Would love to stay here again next year same weekend.

Wonderful home in Sunriver!

This is a lovely home in Sunriver that comes with everything you'll need for family fun! The hit for us was the bikes of all sizes (just bring helmets or rent some in the village)! We jumped on the trails right away! We also utilized the SHARC passes you can utilize, hot tub, played ping pong & enjoyed staying cool with air conditioning. We appreciated the nice binder with instructions & the welcome sparkling cider & chocolates. All the touches in this home make it a great place to stay!

Fun Family Vacation

Sunriver is the perfect destination for a busy family who needs a much needed getaway to reconnect and build some special memories. We had a blast- from epic monopoly games, bike rides, relaxing in the hot tub and exploring the nature center- the special treat was all the local wild life we would encounter on a daily basis- so much fun! We will be sure to return!

Perfect rental!

The house was more than we expected! Very clean, rooms were spacious, hot tub was amazing, and overall a great location. The bonus was the heated garage with a ping-pong table, we had a blast. The owners were quick to communicate as well which is so nice! We will definitely be coming back!
