Very clean comfortable Breakfast is basic Not the quality food one may expect it was readable lots of choices For the rooom rate of only £33 it is well worth the money Pool is clean if a tittle cold in November. Sauna is good. A thermomiter and a timer really should be working No alarm system if solo use and you need help

The area outside the main reception could be better, boarded up area and homeless person asleep on a bench outside hotel. Not a good impression for the hotel.

I've stayed here several times - it's convenient for me when transiting from Alicante airport. I always travel late in the day so this is the perfect stopover point. The hotel is fine, it's clean, the staff are friendly, it has a bar, the restaurant is self service and sometimes not everything is perfect. It's sometimes noisy outside but we are above a bus station so I accept that. I will stay here again, no question.

A hotel that offers great facilities & value
The hotel is well located - away from central Benidorm but an easy walk away. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was good. The staff at reception were excellent and the cleaning lady was very pleasant. The gym is well equipped and maintained and the pool is a nice size for swimming. The only negative being:- the walls between the rooms are very thin and it is possible to hear people chatting. Unfortunately in my case I had neighbours who chatted until 04:30!

More 3* than 4*. Food generally good, always something to choose although with a buffet food cools quickly. Due to clientele, shouting, slamming doors and swearing until 4am occurred on 3 / 4 nights. Staff were very good. No entertainment or information boards in hotel.

The staff was nice but the rooms and the Hotel in general quite dirty and the buffet not much variety. I will not recommend the hotel to anybody.
