Cold tub, but still good

Overall great stay, great breakfast delicious burger at the restaurant. Sadly the hottub was cold, so while it was one reason I booked the room, I was able to take a hot bath to relax. Room very clean, will stay there again. Hope the hot tub is fixed by then.

Charged $15 upon check in for “incidentals”. Advised by staff it was charged in case of my causing damage to the room. What? Was advised the $15 would be refunded if there were no issues. Now, 24 hours later and 8 hours after leaving the property, the charge is still on my card. I left the room spotless and neatly piled the towels used in front of the shower on the floor out of respect for the cleaning staff. In all my years and all my travels, never had that happen before. Hope I wasn’t too rowdy for them. I’m 66 and partially disabled. Go figure.

The internet service was down so we could not get a key card to our room. The staff had to let us into our room every time we returned to the room. Also the TV was not working due to the internet outage.

The fourth floor had a loud throbbing buzzing noise. The hotel cheerfully moved me to the third floor which is extremely quiet and peaceful. They are working on getting my aviators jacket to me I left by accident.
