Location amazing! But water would not drain from the tub/bath, and the faucet dripped noisily into the remaining tub water all night. Also as we were near the elevator it was noisy too.

Trip was wonderful overall. It was our 11th anniversary. We had an Early dinner at the Republic Bar and Grill then walked to BUS and Rockits to listen to a couple of live bands. Ended the night back at the Republic Bar with Claudia on the Piano and several other couples that we became acquainted with. When sang, danced and laughed and had the best time to piano singalong songs.

We love Omno. We stay at the property in San Antonio often and actually habe a stay booked for early December. Upon our entering our room, we noticed how dirty it was. We travel with our two dogs, so we always bring our vacuum on road trips. I vacuumed immediately and the amount of dirt that came up was disgusting, the shower curtain looks as thought its never seen bleach or even a washing machine, there was thick dust on the side table between the bed and chair. The headboard was greasy on one bed, the AC intake covered in dust,tops of lamps and fixtures in batroom all very dusty. I cleaned hotel rooms and very expansive houses for a living and expect that when I pay for a hotel of the caliber that Omni is supposed to be, that it be clean. These rooms surely all need a deep clean to be scheduled. Management needs to do better and the housekeeping manager needs to do better. The rooms should be just as clean as the public areas, if not more.

Unfortunately, the website made the rooms look better than they were. A lot of things were broken in the shower. Also, you had to pay for Wi-Fi if needed it. The price you pay for a room it should be included plus the bugs in the hall way was a bit concerning.

It was a friend’s get away that I planned. Got there and there was extra charges for everything. Parking, WiFi and water. Ice maker was broken on our floor had to go down stairs to get ice. Things that were part of the package for most places. There was just to many extra hidden charges.

Honestly the property is pretty dated. I could not wait to go to the rooftop restaurant however I could not get passed the stained awful carpet. Sad this property has so much to offer and the staff is wonderful. But even breakfast was a disappointment.

The Hotel and staff was great but we had a room bay front and it was very noisy, a lot of noisy cars with the music too laud and people fighting across the street and we heard gunshots. Don’t think we staying there again
