I paid for this hotel online, and when i came to check in they said they don't rent to locals because i lived in Martinsburg. They said I'll have to contact Expedia for a refund. Then i tried to cancel/ refund hours before check-in (on a weekend) with a chat that was disabled. So, i pays for the room and was not able to stay in it $117 a night.

Not the best and not the worst Hampton Inn. Room next to me was very loud but that is not the hotel’s fault. A lot of construction workers staying at the hotel. Questionable businesses next door. Overall it was a good, basic stay with the usual excellent Hampton Inn breakfast

We had an extra long drive due to accidents on the highway. When we got in check I. Was a breeze and we were given a briefing on the breakfast and the special premium package.what we needed when we needed it.
