Where to begin. Family Friendly Laundry Facilities, which they advertise as a property amenity, only exist in certain rooms, not in the Studio Apartments. But they are not transparent about that. If you book one of those you are on your own to find laundry facilities somewhere in Berlin. It's not false advertising but it's close. One night staff member blamed us, the customers, for not checking that the individual room amenities match up with the advertised property amenities. That same staffer also never answered the 24-hour reception desk and forced me to go downstairs twice in the same hour to get service. When asked why she didn't answer either time, she said it's hard to hear the phone through the door in the back room where she was, I guess, hanging out for the night rather than doing her job at reception? The towels were not clean, which led to a skin infection that I am still dealing with 7 weeks later. Daytime reception was professional and helpful and even agreed that listing "Family Friendly Laundry Facilities" as a property amenity on Expedia for their hotel was misleading. But they blamed it on Expedia, whereas Expedia customer service informed me that it is a checkbox that each hotel has to mark on its own. Either way Expedia needs to clean this up as there were 6 European Hotels on my trip that blatantly lied about having laundry facilities when they had none to speak of. Booker beware.

Hôtel bien situé pour une première visite à Berlin
L’hôtel est à distance de marche de plusieurs attractions de la ville. On retrouve un supermarché à 5 minutes et le le métro à 8 minutes. L’appartement était spacieux et confortable. José à la réception était sympathique. J’ai moins apprécié les tapis présent dans presque tout l’appartement qui sentaient un peu la poussière, la température de la salle de sport qui était trop élevée et l’absence de petits restos/cafés à proximité.

Perfect stay in a large studio room facing the courtyard. I had a very peaceful and quiet stay and the location was safe and close to all amenities. Definitely will stay again! Fantastic clean leisure facilities are a real bonus.

Adina apartments were wonderful, clean, spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great choice of options although was quite expensive. There were cheaper options close by. The apartment we had was well equipt but ever so slightly dated ( curtains, blinds etc) but not enough to not give 5/5

Perfect hotel - great facilities, clean, fantastic location and soooo quiet with large sound proofed rooms. My only suggestion would be to include 'do not disturb/clean my room' signs to hang on the room doors as I had the cleaners loudly knocking most days to see if I needed my room cleaned so a sign to hang up would be useful.

The adina checkpoint charlie hotel was a lovely surprise. It was more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. It had a kitchen with everything you may need however we ate out for each meal. Just a 5 min walk to countless cafes and restaurants . A short walk to underground station, only 3 stops from alexanderplatz. We walked to and from most places, that's always the best way to find many hidden gems. We loved this hotel. The only thing that was annoying was the amount of roadworks atound the hotel, but this is temporary. We would reccomend Adina checkpoint charlie to anyone. Enjoy!

The apartment was so nice. The location of the apartment was convenient to the local attractions. We walked to check point Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate and the Topography of Terror. There was a great Italian restaurant a few blocks from the apartment as well as a small grocery market. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer! Parking was available for a fee but it was worth it! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay and well located for exploring Berlin both on foot and by public transport. The staff expertly dealt with a minor emergency we had during our stay. When we return to Berlin we shall book here again without hesitation.
