This home offers a view of the pond, ( fishing allowed, catch and release only), backs up to one of the community pools, & has a private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. Such a fantastic place to spend your vacation - the community offers 2 outdoor pools, a club house, game room, play grounds, basketball half court, catch and release ponds, paddle boats, horse shoe pits, picnic areas, volley ball net, and a lighted fishing pier extending into the bay. Located in a great West Ocean City neighborhood, you are close to the outlets, super restaurants, Assateague Island, and right next door is a water park, mini golf, a western themed park, and ice cream parlor. This home offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 TVs, (TV in 2nd bedroom does not have cable box, roku, Netflix, and internet only)DVD player, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Perfect for us.

Great place. Family friendly. Homes are small but big enough for us. Love that we can ride our bikes and enjoy the pool. Very clean and welcoming community.

Just like the pictures

Our 4 and 5 year old kiddos had a blast and couldn't get them out of the pool which had a large 3 foot deep section for them to safely play and swim in. The home itself was just as pictured and was very clean with a great well equipped kitchen. I personally enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the deck which could be accessed by both bedrooms.Highlight of the vacation was seeing the horses at Assateague Beach. Nice time had by all.
