Nice view from the balcony. The headboard needed some serious cleaning. Felt a little gross sleeping in the bed with stains.

The location was wonderful, hadn’t any problems with the AC. The internet however, was a different story. Internet in the lobby was great but it was very spotty in the room. Staff were very helpful.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Rooms were beautiful and large. What I didn’t like was that our room had an average temperature of 27 degrees. All day, all nicht, on all five nights. Their new eco friendly aircondition simply doesn’t work on all the rooms facing south.

Mediorce Stay.
It's a mediorce hotel - we moved from Mercure in Wittenbergplatz and preferred Mercure because of the service, staff and location. The staff weren't welcoming, the rooms were large, but the bedding was poor quality, and every time you touched the duvet, feathers came out (my son actually choked on one!). The location is in the business/commercial district and wasn't ideal for us. That said, we were there for the Euros and we were away from all the noise.

A nice place to stay. The front desk staff were great every time I had a question or needed something. I had a balcony and even though the view was a bit boring it was great to have the extra space and the breeze. The room featured a towel warmer which was fabulous, but no plugs I could find in the bathroom which made it difficult to use any hair tools. Housekeeping was great. There is a subway stop just across the street as well, which was super convenient. The area is pretty flat so on a nice day it was great to stroll along the river onto the museum island.

I really loved my stay at COSMO! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early, which was a huge relief after beginning my travels early that morning. Loved how close the hotel was to the Spittelmarkt U-Bahn stop, as I was taking the U2 line for the majority of my exploration. It was my first time in Europe, so I wasn’t used to some of the appliance functions/features or the less powerful air conditioning. I got a bit warm one of the nights, but that’s mostly due to excessive temperatures in Berlin. I’ll definitely look to stay here again when I come back to Berlin in the future!

Good front desk staff. Friendly. I was not offered food and beverage credit hotels.com offered at the reservation. Other than that, fast check in, very comfy room ( except the issue with tv and bathroom) very small gym but functional for only 1 person :) Nice location

Helpful when I left my wallet in the backseat of an uber. Barman was enchanting. Food in the morning was excellent and the service very good. The hotel is close to the subway but the area is otherwise rather dead and while within walking distance of major museums and restaurants it feels rather desolate otherwise.
