We would stay again.
Very convenient location. A dated hotel but you can tell they are trying hard to update everything. Clean property and well staffed. No issues with the rooms. The only drawback is the parking. The hotel parking garage is closed and we had to park a block away. They did offer valet parking.

Parking garage was closed and although the valet parking was free, it was inconvenient. Room shape was odd. Only bathroom light switch on outside of bathroom also controlled one of the bedroom lights. Carpet was sticky in areas. Room door opened directly out to pool area. No central air conditioning, free standing units with tube vents through window to outside. Appeared to cater to long term tenants with full kitchen and more storage than standard rooms.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was clean, the only issue with room is that it was only lit by lamps. There is no ceiling light except at the entrance.

Parking Could Be Better!!!
I had a quiet stay & everything was clean and tidy. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to park down the street at the bank. But besides that I was satisfied with my room.

Parking a disaster at this hotel. Hotel parking garage closed, because it is being renovated. Hotel says it has free valet parking until midnight - but no one was there at 10:45. So I had to park in the street, risking a ticket and tow.

Really insufficient and unsafe parking. The garage was closed for construction and we all had to park in a nearby but not really convenient commercial lot. There was someone trying all the car doors to get into the cars when I was there. When I reported it to the hotel staff, they acknowledged knowing about it but no real remedy. I asked them to call the police.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites for one night. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The crew was excellent. I left a few things in the closet, and I realized this after 45 minutes of checking out. When I called the desk, they were very helpful.

The off site parking was inconvenient as our party has limited mobility. We have a handicap placard and were told on the phone we could park in the hotel lot with it. They failed to mention there are only two spots. None were available. There was valet offered but at our time of check in it was an absolute mess. The staff was doing the best they could but it was terribly understaffed.
