Our lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the back of our garden on our residential property.
In two rooms you can spend your holiday all year round on the outskirts of Berlin, but easily accessible.
You will find another dining area in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, or you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace while barbecuing!

Our stay in Kaulsdorf
This property had everything we needed for our stay. It is a 15 minute walk to the station and a 20 minute train ride to central Berlin. The property is warm and cosy so no issues keeping warm in winter.

Peaceful and away from the centre. Ideal.
A great location. Quiet yet close to all amenities. Ten minutes to walk slowly to the local station and around forty minutes train to the centre. Access on public transport is tougher after 1am but still doable. No problems and exactly what I hoped for. Somewhere to relax away from noise. Perfect.

This was a wonderful cottage that was a perfect place for two of us.
I really enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the convenience of being with 30 min of Berlin. Our host was kind and gracious, however it was difficult at times to communicate. We were also charged an extra city tax that we were not informed of before hand. The house had a few cobwebs but was generally clean.

Ideal für einen Berlinaufenthalt
Der Bungalow ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und alles war sehr sauber. Zur S-Bahn geht es in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort sind es lediglich 20- 30 Minuten in die Stadt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer behilflich. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Berlin!

Sehr gute Unterkunft klein aber fein. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Vielleicht gäbe es aber eine Möglichkeit im Schlafzimmer in der Ecke wo der Tisch und die Stühle stehen kleine gemütliche Sitzelemente ein zu bauen wäre bequemer und man müsste nicht auf dem Betten sitzen um fern zu sehen. Längere Zeit auf den Stühlen zu sitzen ist unbequem.Der Abfluss in der Dusche sieht auch schon sehr alt aus sieht nicht sehr ansehnlich aus .Ansonsten war alles topp es hat uns gut gefallen. Der Vermieter Herr Kämpf und seine Familie sehr nett und freundlich . Immer wieder gerne würden wir bei ihnen Urlaub machen.
