This is a great new build and steps away from the metro . The room was spotless. It's also a two minute walk to the supermarket. The only downside is that it's a half hour walk from the leafy suburb of Prenzlauer Berg and is located more in an area of new builds.

Exactly what I wanted
The property feels fairly automated. You scan your own keycard at reception. So didn't interact with anyone working in the building. Though my stay was rather short. Location is mixed I was right above the S bahn station. Fortune that I'm a heavy sleeper. And having that nearby connection was very helpful for my stay. It was perfect for what I wanted. A place with a kitchenette, close to transportation and not reliant on my non existent German to work. I will say the main discomfort was a lack of means to cool the flat. No AC or fan so humidity was a killer at night.

The site was centrally located making public transport a great choice to get around the city. There was no challenges following the online instructions to be able to check-in and the room was clean and comfortable.

Clean and convenient
Wonderful place to stay. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Plenty of space to organize your stuff. The guys in the reception were super helpful and friendly. You won't be disappointed as you have the S-bahn and Tram just around the corner and a very convinient supermarket a few steps from the apartments. I will definitely book this place in the future.

Very good value. Modern, minimalist but well-equipped studios. Very clean. Great shower. Very convenient for S bahn. One or two technical issues - no self-check-in when we arrived at the property but sorted out via phone; and one of the two lifts had problems - but nothing serious. If heatwaves are going to be a regular event, lack of airconditioning might be an issue.

Fully equipped, very clean and quiet room
The studio was very nice, clean, equipped and cozy. There was even a Nespresso machine in the kitchen with enough capsules for the days of my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and I would visit again.

Excelente estadia em Berlin
Excelente estadia. ótima localização ao lado de estação do metrô. Supermercado muito próximo. Todo processo checkin é checkout automático e muito simples e fácil. O apartamento é confortável e tinha tudo que precisávamos. O prédio conta uma com máquinas de lavar pagas, que foi bem útil. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o colchão, para um casal ele ficou afundado no meio o que gerou um pouco de desconforto. Definitivamente recomendo.

Mycket bra boende
Bra hotell. Enkelt, snyggt och rent. Väl fungerande koncept. Extra plus är flertalet S-Bahn och spårvagnslinjer i omedelbar närhet, med vilka det går att ta sig åt vilket håll som helst. Bra butiker alldeles i närheten också. Stort tack till personalen som var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Das Appartement ist günstig, die S-Bahn und die Tram sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In 20 Minuten ist man in der City. Das Appartement ist klein , aber es hat eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeeautomat und einen Wasserkocher. Es gibt genügend Schrankraum für 2 Personen. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen
